50-hour YIN Yoga Teacher Training
Do you love Yin yoga? Do you want to expand your knowledge to deepen your personal practice?
Maybe you have been searching for an interesting retreat but haven’t found one yet. Or perhaps you are a certified yoga teacher and want to add Yin yoga to your teaching toolbox.
We have developed this particular training for yoga teachers and students alike. As Yin yoga fanatics ourselves, we really wanted to share the experience with as many people as possible and decided to create a course that appeals to practitioners of all levels and interests. The course is registered with Yoga Alliance US and Yoga Alliance® International and run by our team of experienced teachers.
Our 50-hour Yin yoga training is the training for you if you…
Yin Yoga Teacher Training
Whatever your objective or previous experience is, our Yin yoga teacher training is aimed at giving you a solid base regarding everything this practice is about. We discuss the core objectives of the style, the history and philosophy behind the practice and the anatomy specific to Yin. This includes the energy body in different traditions, the variety of Yin poses, sequencing and teaching.
To make it all come together we practice lots, mainly Yin yoga, but also some more Yang styles for the much needed balance. Through these classes and practices we hope to inspire you and give you ideas on how to put a class together for yourself, your friends or your students.
Our Yin training is a program of six days. We chose to give you more days than the average Yin training, so that you have ample time to assimilate and practice what you learn. We run the courses in two locations:
– in Amed in Bali, in a beautiful resort, located on the east coast of the island, away from the crowded tourist areas. The schedule allows you to relax by the pool or hop into the village during breaks.
– in Aldinga Beach, divided over two consecutive weekends. This allows you to do the training without interfering with work or weekly commitments.
Successfully completing this course as a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200/250/350/500) means you can log 50 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education. If you are registered with Yoga Alliance® International, you can also upgrade to become a registered 50-hour Yin yoga teacher (RYT-50 YIN).
Not a certified teacher yet? No worries, you receive the certification from Yoga Here & There upon completion of course course anyway. You can register for the RYT-50 YIN accreditation at a later date once you complete a 200-hour or 250-hour training.

“I loved every minute of the Teacher training with Yoga Here & There. The teachers are passionate, professional and supportive. The shala and the hotel are situated beautifully in the jungle and yet very close to the village.”
