LIVE STREAMING CLASS PRICES
(as of 22/03/2020 all regular group classes in Aldinga Beach have been cancelled until further notice)
Keep up your yoga practice by joining me online!
I have chosen to keep my prices low with the intention to reach out to as many people as possible. It’s in that light that I also offer DUO passes. Have you partner or housemate join the ride, this just might be the time to finally get them on the yoga mat (also since you’ll be practicing between the couch and the TV anyway).
Your FIRST class with me is free!
Single Class $7.50 (valid 7 days from date of purchase)
5-Class Pass $30 (valid 6 weeks from date of first class)
Four Weeks Unlimited Classes & Workshops $60 (valid 4 weeks from date of purchase)
Yin Yoga Workshop $20 (valid 12 weeks from date of purchase)
(one login for two students)

Between October and May, I run monthly yoga workshops in the Fleurieu. All time favourites are the Yin Yoga & the Chakras and Yin Yoga & Mandala Meditation workshop. The objective of my workshops is for you to enjoy an extra long practice and for me to share valuable information with you about a yoga-related topic. You go home relaxed and energised, spiritually lifted and a little more enlightened. We always conclude the workshops with organic & herbal teas and my -by now pretty famous- home made bliss balls. All workshops are announced on Facebook and in my newsletter.
“An amazingly powerful and calming experience. The herbal tea and delicious bliss balls were a perfect way to finish a morning of meditation and mandala making. Can’t wait for the next one!”
~ Katrina B. from South Australia, April 2018
Are you a freshly certified yoga teacher but not sure you have the confidence to step on that mat in front of a class? I would be happy to help you get past those nerves. As a coach and teacher trainer, I have plenty of tricks up my sleeveless yoga top that I could share with you. A mentoring program includes free yoga classes with me, for you to observe and learn. Contact me to discuss how you would like to be mentored and we will build a program that suits your needs.
Every now and then, a very special collaboration with another yoga teacher or a local artist results in a unique event. We have had the Yoga Malas in Sellicks Beach (108 sun salutation on summer solstice), the Yoga & Vision Board Workshop and yoga sessions on the beach. These events make you realise that yoga is more than just exercise on a mat. It is about your place in the universe and your contribution to a sustainable and fruitful planet, about connection and inspiration and about dedication and respect. Keep an eye on my newsletter for these special happenings or contact me if you are looking for a collaborative contribution to your special public or private event.
“A beautiful practice in a picturesque location led by the harmonious tones of Yaisa and Jem. Thank you for hosting this event, it was serene. Namaste.”
~ Claire W. from South Australia, December 2017
